With the semi-finals of the Eurovision song contest today we’re embracing the musical competition with craft activities that represent each country competing for their finalist place.
Getting ready for the grand final 20 qualifying countries will feature their acts this Saturday on the 14th and we’ll be waving our flags and keeping our eyes peeled on the television eager to support the UK entrant Sam Ryder.
Naomi Allsop Activities Coordinator at Canal Vue Care Home says: says: “The Eurovision song contest is such an anticipated event in our national calendar, and something we are really looking forward to watching. Getting involved in the event through craft activities such as painted contestant flags has really inspired us ready for Saturday’s final.”
