EAT ME, EAT ME, Alice in Wonderland is the tea time theme at Alexandra House care home, where afternoon tea took on the theme of a Mad Hatter’s tea party.
Making the most of the not so traditional version of this afternoon tea, residents embraced the theme by dressing up as the Mad Hatter himself whilst tucking in to the homemade goodies on offer.
Assistant Manager at Alexandra House Care Home, Caroline Carraher said “We’re always thinking of ways to make every day activities a little bit more interesting. What better way to enjoy an afternoon tea then add the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party theme. It provided everyone with the opportunity to have a little bit of fun whilst doing what we all like to do most, enjoy a homemade cake with the perfect cup of tea.”
