Chaucer Junior School Children send uplifting messages to residents at Canal Vue Care Home to spread Easter joy and happiness.
Keeping in touch with residents at the care home has been a priority for the school throughout the whole pandemic, but now as we start to experience an easing in lockdown the school and care home are eagerly looking forward to the day they can meet again.
Caroline Carraher Care Home Manager at Canal Vue Care Home says: “Chaucer School have been incredibly good at staying in touch with us throughout the pandemic. From sending hand drawn pictures, letters, and even standing in our garden to wave, the school children have never stopped thinking about us. Their Easter messages of hope and positively are a joy to behold and the perfect sentiment as we embrace Easter and the start of a new season.”
