 Anne has a bachelor of science in nursing coupled with well over a decade of social care experience. Her leadership at Alexandra House will ensure high standards of clinical governance and care as she supports her caring team deliver person centred care to those who call Alexandra House their home.

 Relationships are important to Anne, which is why the open and transparent culture of the home encourages a supportive environment for staff, those they care for and support, and their families.

Alicja, a Registered Care Home Manager, has 12 years of Intensive Care experience which she is putting to good use here at Melbourne House. Alicja is melding her team together with her excellent ‘hands on’ approach, enthusiasm and relationship skills, to develop the great reputation of Melbourne House. Sheloves being a nurse and despite the amount of administration that comes with the management role, she maintains her daily contact with residents and staff, to ensure she makes Melbourne house a Home, where all staff take responsibility, improve service levels to offer high quality care for the residents.
